Julies House

Julies House is a delightful holiday home, located in a quiet court and within easy walking distance of the beach.

This home is a 1970s gem which has been renovated to a contemporary standard and features a blend of modern and retro furnishings. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and relaxation for families or a group.

The L-shaped lounge room is a light and airy, complete with plush couches, a large wall-mounted TV and a selection of board games. The adjoining spacious dining room has a stylish table which seats 8 people and there is additional seating at the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 4 bedrooms can can sleep up to 8 people.

Bedroom 3 - two single beds
Bedroom 4 - single bed and trundle bed

There is one bathroom.

Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry has a combination washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities.

The living areas are air-conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

At the rear of the home is a large covered entertaining area, complete with a dining setting and a gas BBQ. This overlooks a well kept and fully fenced garden, with plenty of room for children to play. Along the side of the house is a concrete slab behind a tall gate which provides a large outside sitting area. There is also an outdoor hot shower.

Take a 12 minute walk to the sandy ocean beach or an 18 minute walk to Ocean Grove Marketplace for your shopping needs.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
