Jetty Beach Retreat offers luxurious resort style holiday accommodation for families or groups, just a short stroll from the beach.

This beautifully presented and modern two storey home features architectural lines, luxury furnishings and relaxing living areas, providing the setting for a fun filled and low stress getaway.

Upstairs is the main open plan living area where year round comfort is assured with a wood fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There is a custom-made lounge suite, LED TV with soundbar and a dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 900cm gas cooktop and oven, microwave, barista espresso machine, fridge and dishwasher. You will find a good selection of modern appliances, cookware, high end plasticware and basic pantry items. Sliding glass doors lead from this living area out onto an elevated outdoor deck with an 8 seat dining table, lounge chairs and 6 burner gas plumbed BBQ which has a top pizza oven. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with dual access ensuite.

Downstairs is a second living area with a comfortable lounge setting, LED TV with soundbar, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and gas heater. Four bedrooms, the main bathroom and the laundry are also located on this level.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

For those with infants, a portacot, high chair, and stair gate is available on request.

Outside is a large entertaining deck that surrounds a beautiful pool (3.6 metres x 6.1 metres) which is solar heated throughout the warmer months. There is a dining table that seats 10, an outdoor lounge suite and sun loungers.

Both outdoor entertaining areas as well as areas inside the home are served by a multi-zone Sonos sound system.

Surrounding this home is a large landscaped garden with extensive areas of lawn. Kids will love the treetop cubby house, tree swing and slide.

There is space for two cars behind the remote controlled electric front gates and two more parking spaces outside the gates.

The property is professionally cleaned before guests check in, including freshly laundered linen and cleaning of the pool.

Jetty Beach Retreat is located less than a 5 minute walk from the sandy bay beach and a further 10 minutes walk from Blairgowrie Village which has a small supermarket, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

Blairgowrie is well known for its pristine beaches, natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere, providing the ideal setting for a coastal getaway. Explore the nearby Mornington Peninsula National Park with its scenic coastal walks and lush bushland. Sorrento is just a 5 minute drive away where you will find many places to eat, galleries, markets, historical sites and stunning beaches.
